Most medicaid insurance plans requires to have a referral from the primary care medical doctor. Please bring a referral or call our office to verify. If you don't see your insurance in this list, please call and check with the office as we are adding new insurances on a regular basis. We also see patients who has out of network benefits or willing to pay cash for services. We believe in patient care first and willing to go out of our way to make sure you get the best care possible.
