OUR DOCTOR

Sadi Alam, DPM has been practicing Podiatric Medicine and surgery in the NY Metro area since 2016.  

Dr. Alam was born in England and moved back to Bangladesh with his parents when he was two years old. He grew up in Sylhet and Dhaka in Bangladesh and finished his high school in Bangladesh. 

Dr. Alam moved to U.S.A when he was 17 years old and graduated from St John’s University majoring in biology (Cum Laude). Dr. Alam went to New York College of Podiatric Medicine for medical school and specialized in foot and ankle pathology. Dr. Alam has completed three years of podiatric surgical residency from Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center specializing in forefoot surgery. He also did an extra year of fellowship training in wound care and hyperbaric medicine in St. John's Episcopal Hospital in Far Rockaway. Dr. Alam is currently board certified in American board of Podiatric Medicine. 

Dr. Alam is an avid sports lover and has played club level cricket in New York. He also follows football, baseball, basketball and soccer and has special interest in sports medicine. On his free time, Dr. Alam loves to spend time with his wife and three beautiful children. Dr. Alam is fluent in Bengali, Hindi and Urdu. 

Dr. Alam practices all aspects of podiatry. He is a soft spoken kind hearted doctor who treats every patient as if they are his own family members. He likes to answer any question that patient may have and explain the pathology and possible treatment options.
